A one-car property damage accident on County Road 30 in the town of Canandaigua resulted in the driver being arrested.
Aimee Burke was charged with driving while intoxicated and obstructing governmental administration following an investigation conducted by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.
Burke was released on appearance tickets for Canandaigua Town Court.
