After pleading guilty in September to felony charges of incest and coercion, a 20-year-old Yates County man has been sentenced to time behind bars.
Nelson Weaver of Potter was not only sentenced to 90 days in Yates County Jail but also three months of electronic home monitoring and a decade on probation.
According to the Yates County District Attorney’s Office, a February 13th hearing will determine if Weaver will also have to register as a sex offender upon his release from jail.
