A Hopewell man was arrested by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of criminal contempt.
Sheriff’s Deputies were assisting New York State Parole with a home visit and determined 34-year-old Jonathan Clark was allegedly in violation of a court order issued out of Hopewell Town Court.
Clark was transported to the Ontario County Jail and was being held for CAP arraignment.
