A Middlesex man was arrested on a felony charge of falsifying business records following an investigation at a business in the town of Canandaigua.
According to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office, 30-year-old Quintin Schwartz, Junior, is accused of altering a business record at Vision Kia with the intent to defraud while concealing the crime of petit larceny.
Schwartz will appear in Canandaigua Town Court at a later date to answer the charge.
