An incident at a Wine and Spirits store on State Route 96 in Farmington on Wednesday resulted in the arrest of a 36-year-old Geneva man.
When Ontario County Sheriff’s Deputies arrived on the scene, Laquan Whitfield failed to obey lawful orders given. As a result of the investigation, Whitfield was charged with obstructing governmental administration and petit larceny.
Whitfield was released on an appearance ticket.
