A Geneva woman was arrested by Penn Yan Police following a traffic stop in the village.
Teresa Bryan was spotted driving an uninspected motor vehicle on Liberty Street while allegedly having a suspended driver’s license on Wednesday morning. Bryan was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and ticketed for having an uninspected motor vehicle.
Bryan was released on appearance tickets for Penn Yan Village Court.
