A Naples man was arrested in December by Penn Yan Police on a warrant for a domestic incident that occurred in mid-October.
44-year-old Andrew Schenk allegedly got into a physical argument with a woman and then would not let her exit his vehicle. Schenk was charged with unlawful imprisonment, stalking, and harassment.
At the time of his arrest, Schenk was brought to the Yates County Jail to await CAP arraignment.
