The investigation into a domestic incident in the village of Dundee resulted in the arrest of a 32-year-old Dundee man.
Upon investigation into the incident, Brandon Becker was charged with criminal contempt and harassment after he allegedly violated an active refrain from order of protection.
Becker was sent to the Yates County Jail to await CAP Court Arraignment.
