A one-car accident on Gulick Road in South Bristol on New Year’s Eve resulted in the arrest of a 41-year-old Victor woman.
Following their investigation into the accident, deputies charged the driver, Samantha Coons, with driving while intoxicated, speeding, and unsafe lane change.
Coons will appear in Town of Bristol Court at a later date to answer the charges..
