A Medina woman was arrested by the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office on a charge of criminal contempt.
Rebecca Merryfield is accused of violating an order of protection by being in the presence and residence of the protected party in the town of Waterloo.
The 37-year-old Merryfield was arraigned for the charges at Seneca County’s CAP Court and is expected to appear in Waterloo Town Court at a later date.
