The Yates County Legislature will meet in special session this morning for its year-end meeting. There are two public hearings on the agenda. The first will be on the addition of viable agricultural lands to the Yates County Ag District while the second will be on a local law to provide for the manner of filling vacancies in elective county offices.
This morning’s meeting will take place at 10 inside the Legislative Chambers in Penn Yan.
