A Wayne County man was arrested Tuesday night following the investigation into a domestic dispute.
Wayne Rupp III was arrested following an investigation where it is alleged he broke a phone belonging to another person and bit the person. Police say there was an active order of protection in place at the time of the incident. Rupp was charged with criminal contempt, criminal mischief, and harassment.
The 55-year-old Ontario man was released following his arraignment in Wayne County CAP Court Wednesday morning.
