A Syracuse woman was arrested by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office on Christmas Eve for felony burglary.
Brittany Richway’s arrest stems from a shoplifting complaint at Dick’s Sporting Goods in Victor. During the investigation, it was determined the 33-year-old had selected and concealed merchandise valued at $400.00 and passed all points of sale with no attempt to pay for it. It was further discovered that Richway had been previously banned from all Wilmorite properties, including Eastview Mall.
Following her arraignment, Richway was released on an appearance ticket for Victor Town Court.
