    Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
    ADDITIONAL DETAILS
    There will be several periods of stronger winds, with this afternoon seeing strong southerly winds, then a break this evening, before stronger west wind develop tonight into Saturday.

Ithaca Police Investigating Residential Burglary

Residents of a home in the 100 block of Highland Place in the city of Ithaca called the police just before two on Christmas Eve morning after they spotted an unknown person inside of their home on a surveillance camera.

The suspect had left by the time police arrived. The suspect was described as a black male, of average height and weight, wearing a dark-colored hoodie with a dark-colored knit cap and a black mask covering parts of his face. He also had a thin black mustache and a tattoo of a flower on his right hand. Police believe the same person is responsible for a burglary in the college town area at around two o’clock the night before.
