A Rochester man was arrested on a larceny charge by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.
Michael Mitchell was involved in an alleged larceny at Dick’s Sporting Goods at the Eastview Mall in Victor.
Following his arrest, the 37-year-old Mitchell was released on an appearance ticket for Victor Town Court
