Penn Yan Police arrested a Newark resident after responding to a complaint of an unwanted guest in the village.
Upon making contact with Jamie Davidoff, it was discovered the 35-year-old had an active warrant out of Seneca Falls.
Davidoff was taken into custody and then turned over to the Seneca Falls Police Department.
