Penn Yan Police arrested a village resident on disorderly conduct charges.
Brandon Thompson was charged for an incident that took place on December 9th when he allegedly acted in a threatening and tumultuous manner during a police investigation.
The 31-year-old Thompson was charged and released on an appearance ticket for Penn Yan Village Court.
