A Palmyra woman was arrested Thursday after allegedly abusing a young child.
It is alleged that on November 30th, 26-year-old Shaina Rothenburgh was reportedly observed abusing a three-year-old boy, holding him down, and smacking him across the face multiple times. It was also alleged that Rothenburgh was abusive towards the child throughout the entire day until authorities were notified.
Rothenburgh was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and was brought to Wayne County Jail to await CAPS arraignment.
