An incident at the Ontario County Jail back in October resulted in the arrest of a Geneva man on a charge of criminal contempt.
37-year-old Pedro Morales made a third-party contact from the Ontario County Jail with a protected party in a stay-away order of protection.
Morales remained in the custody of the Ontario County Jail until the next CAP Court proceeding and will appear in Hopewell Town Court at a later date.
