A member of the Yates County Legislature is stepping down. Dr. Timothy Cutler addressed his colleagues at Monday’s Legislature meeting.
Since 2017, Dr. Cutler represented District One, which includes the towns of Italy, Middlesex, and Jerusalem. The Legislature has not decided on how it will fill Cutler’s seat.
