A Sodus man was arrested on a bench warrant issued out of Sodus Town Court.
31-year-old Deshawn Faniel was already in the custody of State Police on Sunday for unrelated charges stemming from a separate incident. Faniel was arrested at the Wayne County Jail on a bench warrant charging him with criminal impersonation.
Faniel will appear in Sodus Town Court at a later date to answer the charge.
