A 33-year-old Manchester man was arrested by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office on two counts of aggravated family offense.
Dominic DelGatto is accused of violating a full stay-away order of protection on November 26th and again on November 29th when he contacted the victim from the Ontario County Jail by phone.
DelGatto will appear in Hopewell Town Court at a later date to answer his charges.
