An Ontario County man was arrested following the investigation into a reported disturbance at the Manchester Inn on State Route 96.
A resident of the Inn, 19-year-old Jacob Bartosch, is accused of allegedly entering a room and slamming the door resulting in a deadbolt being broken. Bartosch is also accused of striking a window and causing it to break. Total damages were $825.00.
Bartosch was charged with criminal mischief and was brought to the Ontario County Jail to await arraignment.
