A Penn Yan man faces felony charges following a one-car accident on State Route 14A in Barrington Saturday morning.
When deputies arrived on scene, they found a car driven by Leonardo Gonzalez-Chavez in the ditch on the North shoulder of the roadway. After a series of standardized field sobriety tests were administered, Gonzalez-Chavez was charged with DWI and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, both felonies, as well as failure to maintain lane.
Chavez was brought to the Yates County Jail for CAP Court arraignment.
