A Phelps man was arrested Thursday on a domestic violence crime.
Ancelmo Perez was charged with endangering the welfare of a child, harassment, and criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation. No details of the alleged crime were released.
The 31-year-old Perez was brought to the Ontario County Jail for central arraignment.
