The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a 25-year-old Bloomfield man following the investigation into a shoplifting complaint at Dick’s Sporting Goods at the Eastview Mall in Victor.
It was determined that while employed at the store, Michael Thompson concealed merchandise worth $123.75 and passed all points of sale with no attempt at rendering payment.
Thompson was charged with petit larceny and was released on an appearance ticket for Victor Town Court.
