A Geneva man was arrested Saturday morning on a charge of criminal obstruction of breathing.
According to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office, Ramon Espada Santiago was arrested following the investigation into a physical family trouble that occurred in the town of Geneva.
Espanda Santiago was brought to the Ontario County Jail for CAP arraignment.
