A Town of Seneca man has been arrested on a stalking charge.
41-year-old Jerry Panna was arrested Monday by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office following a harassment complaint.
Panna was taken into custody on two counts of stalking and was released on appearance tickets for Town of Seneca Court.
