A disturbing story out of Chemung County where a Southern Tier father has been indicted after police say he subjected anunderage child to participate in oral sex with another man.
The indictment against Joseph Storch, of Veteran, also alleges he produced a video of the act. The Chemung County District Attorney’s Office says the incident began on July 28th, 2022, and continued around August 1st through 4th of the same year.
The 33-year-old Storch has been charged with the use of a child in a sexual performance, promoting a sexual performance by a child, and sexual abuse.
