A traffic stop late Monday night on State Route 104 in the town of Ontario resulted in the arrest of an Ontario man.
It is alleged that David Venor allegedly failed standardized field sobriety testing, which resulted in his arrest. Venor was charged with driving while intoxicated, speeding, operating while registration suspended, and one count of refusal to submit to a preliminary breath test. David was transported to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office where he refused to submit to a chemical test.
Venor was then brought to the Wayne County Jail to await CAP arraignment.
