Police have arrested a Wayne County man they claim engaged in multiple sex acts with two children.
The sheriff’s department says its investigation into John Stabley started in March. It is alleged that he engaged in multiple sexual acts, with two separate children, one of the children being under the age of thirteen. Stabley engaged in sexual conduct with one of the children for multiple years, prior to it being reported.
The 58-year-old Ontario man was indicted on charges of rape, endangering the welfare of a child, predatory sexual assault against a child and course of sexual conduct.
