An Elmira man was arrested by the Yates County Sheriff’s Office on trespass charges.
Deputies responded to State Route 14 in the town of Torrey for the report of a suspicious person. Upon arrival, it was determined that 71-year-old David Cardone had returned to an address that he had been duly warned on November 15th to not return to. Cardone was also charged with disorderly conduct and obstructing traffic.
Cardone was released on appearance tickets.
