The investigation into a trespass complaint at a home under construction in Seneca Falls resulted in the arrest of a Seneca Falls man.
Luis Santiago is accused of entering the construction site on Sunday by surpassing secured fencing before entering the home and walking around inside.
The 27-year-old was charged with criminal trespass and was released on an appearance ticket for Seneca Falls Town Court.
