A Brockport man was arrested Wednesday night following the investigation into a petit larceny complaint in Wayne County.
Christopher Gibbs is accused of stealing a case of beer valued at $29.99 from the Sunoco in Lyons. Upon patrol making contact with Gibbs, he fled from the scene but was apprehended a short time later.
Gibbs was charged with petit larceny and obstruction of governmental administration and was released on appearance tickets.
