A Phelps woman was arrested by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office on a bench warrant issued out of Hopewell Town Court.
The warrant for Lori Jerome was issued after she allegedly failed to appear in court to answer a charge of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
After being taken into custody, Jerome was sent to Ontario County Jail where she was held for arraignment.
