A traffic stop for a malfunctioning headlight Wednesday night in the village of Penn Yan resulted in the arrest of a Penn Yan man.
A check of Ryan Dye’s driver’s license revealed a half-dozen active suspensions in New York through the DMV in multiple counties. Dye was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and no/inadequate headlights.
Dye was released on appearance tickets for Penn Yan Village Court.
