Former Wayne County Court Judge John Nesbitt has died.
The Finger Lakes Times is reporting Nesbitt was found dead in his Sodus Point home on Thursday. No foul play is suspected.
Nesbitt retired as county judge last year after a 21-year career. Earlier this week, he was elected to a Sodus Point Village Trustee seat.
