A search of the apartment of the 21-year-old Cornell University student who is accused of posting threats online to shoot Jewish students on the Ivy League campus turned up no weapons.
That’s according to a report by the Ithaca Voice. Patrick Dai is accused of posting threatening messages to the Cornell section of an online discussion site last weekend. He is charged with posting threats to kill or injure another using interstate communications. The Pittsford native faces a maximum of five years in prison if convicted.
Dai is scheduled to be back in court next Wednesday and remains held in the Broome County Jail.
