Two people were arrested Friday night after gaining entry into a vacant home in the Town of Arcadia.
According to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office, Jamie Smith of Arcadia and Laura Breen of Marion were found to have gained entry into the home through a window and were staying there without the owner’s permission.
Both Smith and Breen were charged with Criminal Trespass and taken to the Wayne County Jail.
Breen was released while Smith was handed over to the Rochester Police Department for an active Violation of Probation Warrant.
The two will answer the charges against them at a later date in Arcadia Town Court.
