Waterloo residents are doing a double-take at a recent political flyer that arrived in their mailboxes.

The political action committee, Responsible Solutions for New York, mailed a flyer to homes with the headline “Waterloo Taxpayer Alert!! The problem, the flyer features a picture of downtown Seneca Falls. The flyer supports Waterloo Republican candidates Bob Lotz and Mike Pfeiffer.

The PAC also sent out a flyer supporting Seneca Falls Republicans Mike Ferrara, Dawn Dyson, and Joshua Larson.

The New York state Board of Elections website shows Responsible Solutions for New York of 17 Red Oak Lane, Apt. Waste Connections of NY shares a Texas address with Waste Connections Inc, owner of Seneca Meadows landfill in Seneca Falls.

Kyle Black, regional manager for Seneca Meadows, has said he has no involvement with the flyers.
