A Syracuse woman-who has been living in a house with no heat-is now a millionaire.
The prize patrol from Publisher’s Clearing House stood in the rain Monday for over an hour knocking on doors and windows trying to get Cecilia Fuller to come out of her Syracuse home.
A video from Syracuse.com shows a neighbor helping the team getting Fuller to come outside. Fuller came out and was presented with a big, million-dollar check.
