A Farmington man faces charges in the village of Penn Yan following a traffic stop.
Kameron Jones was observed by village police driving on Elm Street with his headlights off. A traffic stop was initiated and a check of his license showed that Jones was suspended in New York.
Jones was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and was released on an appearance ticket.
