A Wayne County man was arrested Friday morning after he turned himself in at the sheriff’s office.
38-year-old Ralph Tavano the Third is alleged to have struck a car with a baseball bat resulting in $1,835.46 in damages.
Tavano was charged with criminal mischief and was released on an appearance ticket following his CAP arraignment at the Wayne County Jail.
