A Rushville man was arrested Thursday by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office on a petit larceny charge.
46-year-old Eric Echevarria was allegedly found to have stolen property at Tops in Canandaigua.
Echevarria was released on an appearance ticket for Canandaigua Town Court
