Prior to Monday’s hearing on the proposed 2024 budget, the Yates County Legislature will meet to appoint Jessica Mullins as County Administrator and Budget Officer. If approved, Mullins would replace the retiring Nonie Flynn in those roles. Nonie has been working with Jessica side-by-side for months to prepare her.
The county is also seeking to hire Flynn for administration and budgetary-related consulting services for the remainder of the year at a fee of $100.00 per hour
