A Watkins Glen man has been arrested on a warrant for an alleged incident that happened on Meads Hill Road in the town of Dix.
The warrant Joshua Maulucci was arrested on charges him with public lewdness.
The 40-year-old Maulucci was arraigned in Schuyler County CAP Court and released.
