A Montour Falls woman has been arrested on a charge of theft of services following an investigation by the Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office.
32-year-old Briana Robertson was charged for an incident that occurred at Classic Chef’s Diner in the village of Montour Falls.
Following her arraignment, Robertson was released on an appearance ticket for Montour Falls Village Court.
