A Canandaigua man was arrested Tuesday on a warrant issued out of Canandaigua City Court.
47-year-old Nyckole Rosario-Cruz is accused of violating the terms of his probation.
Following his arrest, Rosario-Cruz was brought to the Ontario County Jail where he will await arraignment at a later date.
