A Geneva man has been arrested on a charge of petit larceny.
Seneca Falls Police accused 22-year-old Victor Colonarroyo of failing to render payment for merchandise at the self-check kiosk at the Seneca Falls Walmart store.
Colonarroyo was released on an appearance ticket for Seneca Falls Town Court.
