The driver of the car who was found asleep at the wheel of his car that was parked facing east in the westbound road in the town of Walworth was arrested by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office.
44-year-old Bradley Kennedy was charged with driving while intoxicated. He consented to a breath test which resulted in a 0.15% blood alcohol content.
Kennedy was released on tickets to appear in Walworth Town Court
